The receptionist handed me the schedule and I squinted at it as I walked out. "Damn dyslexia," I grumbled to myself.

One thing she'd always hated about the school: boys and girls had gym together. She walked out of the girl's locker room, heading to a group of other girls. She didn't have any actual friends at the school, but she was on good terms with almost everyone.

She added her input to the discussion every now and then, but it wasn't very fun. She glanced around the gym, spotting the new guy from earlier. Her eyes locked with his for a second, and she quickly looked away.
